2. Quali dati trattiamo e perché
Richieste dal modulo di contatto. Nome e cognome, email, telefono, data e location del matrimonio, messaggio e lingua del sito. Li usiamo solo per rispondervi, organizzare un incontro e prepararvi una proposta. Base giuridica: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali su vostra richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Nome ed email sono necessari per potervi rispondere.
Contatti diretti. Se ci scrivete via email o WhatsApp, o ci chiamate, trattiamo i dati che ci comunicate per lo stesso scopo e con la stessa base giuridica.
Dati di navigazione. Il server che ospita il sito registra automaticamente dati tecnici (indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagine visitate) per garantirne il funzionamento e la sicurezza. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Cookie e contenuti esterni. Vedi la cookie policy qui sotto. I contenuti esterni e gli strumenti di statistica e marketing si attivano solo con il vostro consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), che potete revocare in ogni momento.
3. A chi comunichiamo i dati
I dati non vengono venduti né diffusi. Possono essere trattati, per nostro conto, da fornitori che ci aiutano a far funzionare il sito:
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italia) – hosting del sito.
- Formspree, Inc. (Stati Uniti) – invio delle richieste del modulo alla nostra email.
- Google – caratteri tipografici (Google Fonts), video (YouTube) e statistiche (Google Analytics).
- Meta Platforms – WhatsApp, se ci scrivete lì, e Meta Pixel.
- Behold – visualizzazione del nostro feed Instagram.
- Trustindex – visualizzazione delle recensioni Google.
Alcuni di questi fornitori hanno sede fuori dall'Unione Europea. In questi casi il trasferimento avviene con le garanzie previste dal GDPR, come le clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea o il Data Privacy Framework UE-USA, dove applicabile.
4. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati
Le richieste che non portano a un contratto vengono conservate per il tempo necessario a gestirle e comunque non oltre 24 mesi. Se firmiamo un contratto, i dati necessari vengono conservati per 10 anni per gli obblighi fiscali e contabili.
5. I vostri diritti
Potete chiedere in ogni momento di accedere ai vostri dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporvi o riceverli in un formato portabile (artt. 15-22 GDPR), scrivendo a frusciantestudio@gmail.com. 2. What data we process and why
Contact form requests. Full name, email, phone, wedding date and venue, message and site language. We use them only to reply, arrange a meeting and prepare a proposal for you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Name and email are needed so we can reply.
Direct contact. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we process the data you share for the same purpose and on the same legal basis.
Browsing data. The server hosting the site automatically logs technical data (IP address, date and time, pages visited) to keep the site working and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and external content. See the cookie policy below. External content and statistics and marketing tools are activated only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
3. Who we share data with
We never sell or publish your data. It may be processed on our behalf by providers that help us run the site:
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italy) – website hosting.
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) – delivering contact form requests to our email.
- Google – fonts (Google Fonts), videos (YouTube) and statistics (Google Analytics).
- Meta Platforms – WhatsApp, if you message us there, and Meta Pixel.
- Behold – displaying our Instagram feed.
- Trustindex – displaying our Google reviews.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. In those cases transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.
4. How long we keep data
Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than 24 months. If we sign a contract, the necessary data is kept for 10 years to meet tax and accounting obligations.
5. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to frusciantestudio@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
